Petrol-Diesel Rate: In India, the prices of petrol and diesel were increased on Monday (27th May). The prices of fuel in the country are determined based on international crude oil prices. Every day at 6 AM, government oil marketing companies in the country release the new prices of petrol and diesel. Today, there has been no change in the prices of petrol and diesel in major cities including the capital, Delhi.
Companies like Hindustan Petroleum Corporation and Indian Oil Corporation release the prices of petrol and diesel on their website. Let’s find out the new prices of fuel.
New prices of petrol and diesel in metro cities
In Delhi, petrol costs 94.72 rupees per liter and diesel costs 87.62 rupees per liter. In Mumbai, petrol costs 104.21 rupees and diesel costs 92.15 rupees per liter. In Kolkata, petrol costs 103.94 rupees and diesel costs 90.76 rupees per liter. In Chennai, petrol costs 100.85 rupees and diesel costs 92.44 rupees per liter.
